  • In the MRO portfolio, I was responsible for the replenishment of spare parts in all warehouses in Brazil.

    Achievements:
    1- Participation in the implementation of the Coupa system that manages local purchases. This system reduced 70% of the time spent on analysis of low value-added purchases and increased the overall purchasing policy by 30%;
    2 - Development of a spreadsheet that partially replaced the Ariba system, used for quotations, this brought improved management in procurement contracts for indirect material in the 17 LATAM countries and automated the process.

Mondelez International - Procurement Intern - Since Sep/2013 until Oct/2015

  • Update of KPIs of travel category for 17 countries in Latin America;
  • Support in sourcing strategy with national and international suppliers, analysis of contracts with airlines, hotel and rental car;
